Excellent Service. Kyle came and cleaned all the grout in my bathroom and kitchen. I was amazed at how clean they were able to get the kitchen grout after 7 years of dogs. They also cleaned one wool and one synthetic room size rugs. I highly recommend Pristine Clean. They put drop cloths down and furniture/corner protectors. Amazing service.

This company is phenomenal! Right from the start with speaking to Jasmine on the phone about the service & company, to the updates of when they will be out, and the actual service (the work done) was out of this world! Kyle has got to be the most friendly & kind person I've ever had come into my home to do any kind of work! Super respectful of my hardwood floors (they were just recently re-finished), put protectors on all of my wall corners, treated everything he touched with care, and having OCD, I appreciated his eye for detail. The carpets & my sectional look great! I depend greatly on reviews when I look for a company & you can't argue with all of their 5 star reviews. I will definitely be calling Prestine again, just like so many of the reviews I read before I actually hired them, said.

I highly recommend this company! We are currently dealing with a duplex mold/water situation. I chose this company over others simply due to Elvir's demeanor. At a time like this, you need patience, kindness, and professionalism as you are trying not to have a nervous breakdown. I just had a gut feeling from the other companies with way I was spoken to that it was going to be a stressful situation. Not with Elvir and his team - Ryan, Kyle, and Jeff. Absolutely loved these guys! They were so nice, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. They communicated well! I felt like I was in good hands the whole time.
